Luxury Restroom Trailer Rental — Frequently Asked Questions
Renting a luxury restroom trailer for the first time? You probably have a few questions. Here are the ones we get asked most often. If yours isn't covered, call us at **844-POTTY-44** — we're happy to talk through it.
What is a luxury restroom trailer?
A luxury restroom trailer is a self-contained, towable restroom unit designed to bring an upscale bathroom experience to outdoor events or locations without permanent restroom access. Unlike a standard porta-potty, it includes running water, climate control, real porcelain fixtures, vanity mirrors, and interior finishes that look and feel like a well-appointed home bathroom. Ours also includes fireplaces in each private suite.
How is this different from a porta-potty?
Night and day. A standard porta-potty is a plastic enclosure with a chemical toilet and no running water. Our trailer has two full private suites — each with a porcelain toilet, hands-free flush, porcelain sink, vanity with backlit mirror, fireplace, wall sconce lighting, faux hardwood floors, and faux marble countertops. The trailer also has AC, heat, LED lighting, and Bluetooth audio. Your guests will notice.
How many guests can it accommodate?
Our 2-station trailer handles up to approximately 150 guests for weddings and up to 200 guests for graduation parties. Capacity for other event types depends on the length of the event and how frequently guests cycle through. The trailer supports up to 1,000 total uses per rental period.
What’s included in the rental?
Delivery, setup, and post-event pickup are all included. The trailer arrives clean, fully serviced, and ready to use. All standard amenities — climate control, running water, lighting, stereo system, and all interior fixtures — are included at no extra charge.
Do I need to provide power or water hookups?
Our trailer is self-contained with its own fresh water tank and waste holding tank. A standard electrical connection is typically needed to run the climate control system. We’ll go over the specific power requirements during your quote process and confirm whether your venue can accommodate them.
How far in advance do I need to book?
For weddings and larger events, the earlier the better — particularly from April through October when demand is highest. For smaller or shorter-notice events, call us and we’ll let you know what’s available. We won’t make you wait weeks for a response.
How much does a luxury restroom trailer rental cost?
Every rental is custom-quoted based on your event type, date, location, and duration. We don’t publish a standard rate because a backyard birthday party and a 150-person outdoor wedding have different requirements — and you deserve a price built for your event, not someone else’s. Call us or fill out our quote form and we’ll get back to you quickly.
What types of events do you serve?
Weddings, graduation parties, birthday parties, holiday events, corporate events, family reunions, outdoor festivals, and private gatherings. If you’re not sure your event is a good fit, just ask — we’ll give you a straight answer.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Fraser, MI and primarily serve Macomb County and Oakland County — including Sterling Heights, Troy, Rochester, Rochester Hills, Clinton Township, and the surrounding Metro Detroit area. If your city isn’t listed on our service area page, give us a call anyway. We may still be able to help.
Can the trailer be set up on grass or gravel?
Yes. The trailer can be positioned on most surfaces — grass, gravel, and asphalt all work. If your venue has unusual access conditions (narrow paths, weight restrictions, etc.), mention it when you call and we’ll work through the logistics before your event day.
Is pickup and delivery really included?
Yes. We deliver the trailer to your venue, set it up, and return to retrieve it after your event. You’re not responsible for moving or transporting the trailer.
